The technology is designed, programmed and deployed with the purpose of streamlining communications internal and external to an organization. The result is increased customer, employee and sales channel loyalty while costs associated with growing these relationships are significantly minimized. Today’s mobile workforce must transport files for any number of reasons and protecting these files behind a firewall does nothing for those who need them in the field. The iProtect Card securely controls document and multimedia communications and enables these files to be securely accessed and used whether an internet connection exists or not.
The iConsole is a sophisticated management service that lets you take charge of your USB Card storage, making it easy to remotely administer cards over the Internet. Established administrators can enforce policies and push updates to individuals or specific groups within the enterprise database. You can even turn off the card if it is lost or stolen or time out certain content if it becomes outdated.

The iProtect functionality provides two partitions containing features that protect communications on the card. The two partitions are the iFile, which stores protected files that are accessible without an internet connection, and the iVault, which stores protected files that may only be accessed when the user is connected to the internet.
The iFile contains all files that can be downloaded and stored on the card for usage offline, creating a current and portable resource. The iFile is password protected and provides a level of security that is equal to or greater than the protection of a log-in website. The iVault is the most secure, and requires an internet connection at all times to access and view files. All files, whether downloaded to the card or not, will be fully secured by 2-factor authentication. The security features of the iProtect include: |

The iConsole utility application manages user access rights, privileges, and remote file updating. Users of the iConsole can convert a public Trusted Card into a user of the iProtect to view/download additional information (example: a prospect receives a Trusted Card at a trade show, eventually becomes a client, and the user can then turn on the iProtect. Converting a prospect to a client enables our clients to learn who has what Trusted Card, assign a name to that number in the database, and instantly deliver new sales and marketing information).
Due to the frequency for change and the need for immediate dissemination, users will be able to remotely administer some or all updates to the Trusted Card. To administer updates, the user (generally the company administrator) will access the system through a password protected website in conjunction with the Trusted Card. These Trusted Cards act as “master keys” to accessing the system. The console will have the ability to turn on or turn off access and modify privileges to the Trusted Cards, as well as assign replacement card numbers.
Detailed reporting metrics are logged in the iConsole. This will enable the user to know who is accessing what material, who is not, and when. Any vital click made in the content will be measured for activity. Throughout the course of the year, and as new files are added to the card, the user can monitor response rates upon notification of delivery while collecting valuable insight into the effectiveness and frequency for use (example: a user has 2000 users on the system, the reporting section of the iConsole would contain a sequence of numbers (1 - 2000) to begin. As names were added to the system during the registration process, the name would appear next to the numbered sequence, at any point, our client can enter the system, search for a name or number, and pull a metric report on them).
